Cancellation Conditions:

  • 100 % refund of the payment and deposit, minus 3,00 € for management and cancellation fees, when the cancellation of the reservation is made more than 30 days in advance of the planned date of entry.
  • 50% refund of the payment and deposit, when the cancellation of the reservation is made more than 7 days in advance and less than 30.
  • 100% loss of the payment and deposit when the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance. The refund of the advance payment in case of cancellation will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation request.

In case of delay, the reservation will be held until 12:00 noon on the next scheduled day of arrival.

Timetable:

Entry hours: from 12:00 to 23:00.

Departure time: 12:00 am.

You can consult with our reception staff the option of anticipating the arrival as it will depend on whether the plot was occupied the day before.

What are we going to use your data for?

In general, your personal data will be used to be able to relate to you, to be able to provide you with our services and to attend to the requests you have made to us through the forms on our website.

CAMPING RIO TUS S.L. guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data of any kind provided to us, in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.

In general, only duly authorized personnel of our entity may have knowledge of the information we ask for.

Similarly, those entities that need to have access to your personal information in order for us to provide you with our services may have access to your personal information. For example, our bank will know your details if you pay for our services by credit card or bank transfer.

Likewise, those public or private entities to which we are obliged to provide your personal data in order to comply with any law will have knowledge of your information. To give you an example, the Tax Law makes it compulsory to provide the Tax Agency with certain information on economic operations that exceed a certain amount.

In the event that, apart from the aforementioned cases, we need to disclose your personal information to other entities, we will ask for your prior permission through clear options that will allow you to decide in this regard.

2.2 Data retention time.

We will retain your data for the duration of our relationship and as long as we are required to do so by law. After the applicable legal deadlines have expired, we will dispose of them in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.

The user declares to have been informed of the conditions on the protection of personal data by accepting and consenting to the processing of such data by CAMPING RIO TUS S.L. in the manner and for the purposes stated in this privacy policy.

You may withdraw your consent if you change your mind about the use of your data at any time.

For example, if you were once interested in receiving advertising of our products or services, but no longer wish to receive any more advertising, you can let us know by filling in the form of opposition to the treatment available at the offices of our entity.

2.4 Changes to the privacy policy.

CAMPING RIO TUS S.L., reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence.

2.5 Rights of the user who provides his/her personal data.

You can contact us at any time to find out what information we hold about you, rectify it if it is incorrect and delete it after our relationship has ended, where this is legally possible.

You also have the right to request a transfer of your information to another entity. This right is called “portability” and can be useful in certain situations.

To request any of these rights, you must make a written request to our address, along with a photocopy of your ID, in order to identify you.

In the offices of our entity we have specific forms to request these rights and we offer you our help to fill them in.

2.6 User profiling.

It is our policy not to profile users of our services. However, there may be situations where, for service delivery, marketing or other purposes, we need to profile information about you. In such a case, we will always keep you informed in advance and implement effective security measures to protect your information at all times from unauthorized persons seeking to use it for their own benefit.

Our policy is not to collect data from persons under the age of thirteen and in the event that a person under the age of thirteen provides us with their data, we will destroy these data immediately.

You can file a complaint with CAMPING RIO TUS S.L., in order to be able to satisfy their rights in this matter. In any case, you can always go to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at C/ Jorge Juan nº 6, Madrid, the supervisory authority for data protection.
