- 100 % refund of the payment and deposit, minus 3,00 € for management and cancellation fees, when the cancellation of the reservation is made more than 30 days in advance of the planned date of entry.
- 50% refund of the payment and deposit, when the cancellation of the reservation is made more than 7 days in advance and less than 30.
- 100% loss of the payment and deposit when the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance. The refund of the advance payment in case of cancellation will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation request.
In case of delay, the reservation will be held until 12:00 noon on the next scheduled day of arrival.
Entry hours: from 12:00 to 23:00.
Departure time: 12:00 am.
You can consult with our reception staff the option of anticipating the arrival as it will depend on whether the plot was occupied the day before.
